The Journey Has Begun

We imagine that if you're reading this blog you probably some how know us, but we'll take just a quick second to introduce ourselves in case you dont. (if that is the case, you may want to leave this page because you will probably find yourself a) bored to death because you don't know us, b) offended at something that Steve says ((this is a pretty common occurence)), or c) sad that you're not as cool as us.) So we're the Joffees, Steven and Amy, we've been married for three years and yes.... we do not have any kids.

Amy is an avid outdoorswoman, she enjoys hiking, biking, rock climbing, kayaking, skiing, and anything else outdoors. She is often covered in bruises and scars demonstrating her dedication to her hobbies. Amy currently works for Rossignol, one of the largest ski companies in the world, she is a rep for a large area of customers in the east, and is eagerly awaiting her first "business trip" next month.

Steve is somewhat of a hippy in retirement, he is somewhat obsessed with music especially the band Phish and Dave Matthews. He plays the guitar and the mandolin (kinda), and really enjoys attending all of the concerts that he can get to. He recently (last week) started law school at the University of Utah and has quickly realized that for the next three years he will not have any hobbies or free time.

We just recently moved from our cozy home in Rexburg, Idaho to the metropolis of Midvale, Utah. Our apartment is super sweet, we wont say too much about it on here because we dont want some crazy people hunting us down and robbing us, it would just kill Steve to lose his guitars and TV.

Now that you know us feel free to check back often... we're planning on updating the blog atleast once a week. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and if Steve somehow offends you, just realize that he's just a New Yorker with somewhat of a lack of tact.
